Beta and play money
OpenCactus is currently in beta. The cash balance, positions and prices are simulated play money with no cash value, and so are the fees and the payouts traders earn when their calls are tailed. They can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for anything.
Not investment advice
Traders' posts, profit and loss figures, leaderboards and anything else in the app are for entertainment and information only. Nothing in OpenCactus is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Prices shown may be delayed, simulated or wrong.
Your account and content
- You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything illegal, misleading, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
- Don't impersonate other people, manipulate the leaderboard, or try to break or overload the app.
- We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, OpenCactus isn't liable for losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the app changes, including before any real-money features launch. The date above shows the latest version.
